The Art of Falconry is using a trained Bird of Prey to catch game in it’s natural state. Falconry is about being in the countryside beating the cover and flushing the game for the birds to chased and caught. During this experience you can watch Aztec the Harris Hawk and Spike the Northern Goshawk fly different methods of hunting. as these 2 hawks have developed contrasting predatory techniques through their evolution and choice of habitat in order to catch their quarry.

If the birds are successful you can take the game home.

Please be aware there is a chance of witnessing an animal caught by the birds during this event.
